"TOTAL CARE"

We should have done this review 3 years ago but was not aware of this site. Our dogg Tavish was cared for by this surgery throughout his life and he had nothing but exceptional care, even at end of life. We cannot recommend this surgery enough. The staff are outstanding and knew Tavish by sight and name. We will be back.

"Alfie cat"

My pet cat Alfie disappeared for some time and returned last week he was in a sorry state.so we had a family decided it was best if he was put to sleep.i would like to thank all of the staff and professionalism of all involved

"Dexter rabbit"

Having had to have had our beloved rabbit, Dexter, of nearly 10 years old, put to sleep today, I cannot praise this practice enough. In particular Mei Ying, for her tremendously sympathetic approach to his necessary demise. We want to thank you and the practice for the professional and sympatetic way he was treated thoughout his life.

I've been a client of David Norman's for many years and I can understand why he came highly recommended. Has a lovely calm manner, always patient and happy to explain things. Never tries to bump up the bill with unnecessary extras and genuinely seems to want the best for the pets in his care.

David Norman cared for my little dog for many years, she loved him, never a problem to visit. Sadly at 20+ years she developed an untreatable cancer. his empathy for her and us at the end of her life will always remain with me, a vet who truly cares.

This surgery is always clean and tidy....Every one is always happy to help and be of assistance.....They are always cheerful and in sad circumstances are sympathetic and very thougthful..
