"Excellent"

We've been using Lady Dane's Charing practice since they opened. Gill the Practice Manager and all the vets are excellent, professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. They have treated my guinea pigs, hamsters and chickens. We've had check-ups, operations, post-op care and euthanasia performed. They treat my small animals with as much care, respect and consideration as any larger animal (which can't be said for other practices I've used). The most surprising thing is receiving a condolences card after one of my pets is put to sleep, often with a message from the actual vet inside. I cannot fault them and highly recommend using them. The only pity is that they don't have facilities to perform operations onsite yet. All operations are currently performed at their fabulous Faversham practice.
