"New Vets"

Firstly I would like to say how professional the Burrows nurses are,or should I say Medivet as they are now,there is always a smiling face to greet you, they are very polite, and nothing is to much trouble for them, always there to put you at ease. We have been a client at this practice for 29 years and have been very happy with the professionalism carried out by Owen and John during that time, however we were not very impressed with our first visit under Medivet the vet Andrea didn't have our pets notes to refer to, so she had no idea what medication our pet had been on or what had been discussed previously, so we had to repeat everything that had been done on previous visits, this did not inspire us with confidence. We have since seen Brad and were quite impressed with him.

I been with the Burrows brothers since they 1st opened, my 13 year old springer had a large cancerous tumour and her spleen removed a year ago a small lump was seen on her pancreas, Owen gave her 3-6 months, one year on she is still here, she saw Owen last night, other than a bout of diahorrea, she is fit and well, Owen was surprised and coul feel no tumours, they really kind caring vets and do not undertake treatments that are not necessary, 2 injections and a consultation cost me 35 pounds

I have been with Burrows vet for over 20 years and they have looked after a lot of my cats and dogs. Always with great care and concern and efficiency. I would not have anyone else now.

We came to Burrows after other vets had failed to successfully address a skin problem our dog had. I have found them to be kindly , efficient and very forgiving - after my dog relieved himself all over the waiting room ! I always recommend Burrows to anyone in need of a good vet.

They have been brilliant with both our cats. Last time I went, the first thing Mr Burrow said was, hpw is he, how is is previous injury. He remembered the last visit in great detail. Very impressed and we think, good value for money.
