"Poorly Dog"

I could not speak highly enough of Ian. He is so kind and respectful and treats my dog as if it was his own. The best

"Poorly dog"

Ian is truly exceptional at his job. Bella received surgery immediately. Ian and his team are so knowledgeable and compassionate.

"Very understanding and knowledgeable."

Very professional and knowledgeable concerning my elderly goat who we thought we would lose with colic. Ian came to visit two days running in dreadful weather and was brilliant, he guided as to the best way to treat the problem with our goats welfare being paramount. Thanks to Ian he has recovered and will be supported. Excellent vet very calm and understanding

"Care for my animals"

We recently had to have our dog put to sleep due to being very poorly all of a sudden . Ian tried his very best to save her and kept us informed all the way. He had to put up with a very emotional family we will never forget what he did. My previous dog had a car accident and Ian came from a function he was attending to see to my dog. He is outstanding as a vet cannot recommend enough

"poorly dog"

I returned home from work to find my beloved dog choking and difficulty breathing.Took him immediately to Ian without ringing first.Ian saw him immediately and after treatment helped put my dog on the road to recovery.Very knowledgable, softly spoken and calm.spent time with me going through the x-rays without feeling rushed.10/10.

Wouldn't trust anyone else with my dogs. Have had Ian Laird as a vet for well over 15 years and he is very professional, empathic, and very approachable.

"Dogs and Ponies"

He is a brilliant vet who combines his skill with a real concern and respect for the animal. I would highly recommend.

Ian has looked after our pets for over 10 years. He is sensible, understanding and realistic. We have just lost a beloved pet and we know Ian did his best under difficult circumstances with consideration to our pet and our feelings. He helped us through a very difficult time but our Pets well being was his primary concern.

"ya dad"

I was treated with the utmost respect and this in turn was reciprocated...

"Ian Laird veterinary surgeon"

Very convenient to be able to text with query about sedation of horse for clipping & to receive a phone call in return.Put my mind at rest almost immediately having shown Falabella for first time previous day returning to horses after long break. Very helpful indeed. :)
