Immediately I called to ask if a Vet was free and was told to bring him straight up.
Upon arrival, each of the Ladies made us feel welcome and re-assured, they were calm, comforting and explained everything.
They never once mentioned fee's or costs, which proved to me that 'Killer' was the their top priority.
What a team !!!!
