 We are an equine only veterinary practice providing the very highest standard of care to horses, ponies and donkeys in our locality. Situated in rural north Hertfordshire near Royston, please click here to see the areas we cover.

Established by our principal vet, Jason Tyrrell BVSc MRCVS in 2000, the ethos of our practice has always been to provide the best possible care by treating each horse, pony or donkey on an individual case by case basis. This principle remains at the very heart of what we do today.

Our caring team of 5 equine only vets have over 50 years of combined veterinary experience and knowledge for you and your horse to rely upon. Working closely with our vets our helpful and efficient office and nursing staff are always available to book appointments and deal with enquiries.

As well as having extensive facilities at our clinic for routine or more involved procedures we also provide a full ambulatory service where we come direct to you. Our service is for both routine appointments and emergency situations when you need us day or night.

We pride ourselves on offering an outstanding personal service to our clients and their horses, and are always available to offer advice and our expertise as necessary. As a result we are proud to have many long standing and loyal clients.
