"Wonderful animal care"

This is the best vet's practice I have ever attended. Tim was recommended to me by a lady I used to meet on dog walks when I told her that my other lovely vet had retired, and I wasn't happy with the people who had taken over the practice.

Tim, Sally and the nurses are wonderful; the animals love Tim in particular, but all of them inspire trust and are calm and professional, and explain every detail of treatment in a way even I can understand.

We recently had to have our wonderful dog PTS, and Tim was so gentle both with her and with us, and the nurse on duty, Shona was so kind and helpful that I can't praise them enough.

It is a small practice with emphasis on animal care and not impressive "big business" surroundings. They don't charge extortionate rates either as some practices do, but keep costs affordable so that owners are encouraged to bring their pets when necessary. A very special practice with very special vetinary professionals (at all levels).
