General information about this Surgery:

There has been a successful veterinary practice at Torkington Park since the 1960's, with the current owners, Andrew and Gillian Gray, taking over the helm from Pippa Walker in April 2006.

"Care of my dogs"

I have been with this practice for about 30yrs and have seen the staff change over that time. But what has never changed is the excellent care they give. And the consideration to me and my family when we have been through difficult emotional times. Although we live slightly out of the area now, I wouldn't consider taking my dogs anywhere else.

"Four Cats"

I have been using this vets for the past 17 years, my two older cats, Eric and Colin and Hattie and Edie.
I find the service here second to none, last year when I was on holiday unfortunately one of my elderly cats, Colin, became quite ill and had to be put to sleep. The vets rang me on holiday to inform me of what was going on and even sent me a sympathy card. Eric my other elderly cat has to go every month for treatment and I find the compassion they have there is reassuring that your animals are in caring, safe hands. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

"Poorly Cat"

Excellent service and advice for my poorly cat kid Harmony.Had flea's and a nasty mouth infection so wasn't eating very well.Torky Vet's sorted it out and Harmony even tries to eat his brother Eric's food too now. Extremely happy and highly recommend them.THANK YOU I

"Cocakatial"

My family and I would just like to thank the VET and the TEAM for the care of my cockatiel TED over the last 2 to3 months, He had a lump on his eye which as now gone, He as now been signed of and all is well, Once again Thank u, x

"The best Veterinary Practice, I and my cat ever experienced"

Both vets Andy and Nichola are kind and respectful to you and your pet's needs. Nichola is a great vet who treats your pet as your own, and offers great explainations on your pet's condition/treatment.
Unfortunately, I had to put my 21 year ild cat : Judie Green to sleep on: 5/9/14. The process was made as easy as possible and had plenty time with cat to say our good byes. Andy showed great empathy and showed love and care towards our Judie.
I also have to note that, the reception staff are fantastic and make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk into the practice.

"Thank you..."

To vet Nicki and the team at Torkington who were brilliant with our old cat Nobby this morning. Kind and knowledgeable - the perfect combination.

"Millie Smith"

Would just like to say how lovely Nicki was with our gorgeous girl Millie who went to Rainbow Bridge on 26th March. She had been poorly for a while and Nicki handly her in a loving and caring manner . Thank you for that.
