"Great PLace"

Used the practice for years, all the staff are always so friendly even when things are not going well, they will always make sure something gets sorted. The younger vets and nurses are totally fab and most accommodating and will go the extra mile to ensure a gold star treatment and service is offered and keep me updated and informed. The older vets are ok but getting bit dated

We were on holiday in Richmond and our dog got sick. Swale vets was recommended to us and I’m so glad it was. It didn’t matter that we were only visiting and we were accommodated the same day. The vet and nurse we saw were so friendly and answered all my questions. They were so kind and patient with me dog , (who can be quite grumpy towards vets ) . It was overall a positive experience .

Has helped us on many occassions with horse injuries and the purchasing of new horses. Richard is an exceptional vet and we can't thank him enough. The rates are more than reasonable and unlike other vets who try to make us have unnecessary xrays and scans for extra money Richard will give you sound advice and tell you when things like that won't make a difference and will just prove what he already knows. His 5 stage vettings are brilliant and thorough and stopped us from buying a dodgey horse! Can't fault Swale!
