We could not believe the difference we found with WVT as they are a truly professional team who are caring, understanding and informative and every member of staff is excellent in every respect. They never overbooked and always have time to explain in detail anything you wished to know and, on there list of priorities, money certainly comes last.
This practise also reinvests profits into equipment so results from scans and tests can be given in minutes not days/weeks.
There are too many positives to list but I would like to mention one person in particular, Mr. Gerard Winnard. We were fortunate enough to see Mr Winnard over a three year period and found him to be a most remarkable man both as a professional and private person. I challenge anyone to ask him a question he cannot give an in depth answer to and is as good with people as he is with animals.
It is a refreshing change to deal with a business where money is not the bottom line and the people are committed and dedicated to there profession.
Again I would like to thank Westmorland Veterinary Group for everything they have done for our Border Terrier, Archie, and will be forever grateful to all the staff and Mr Winnard.
