"Taffy"

We have been with this vet practce for over twe!be years during that time that have looked after my two old English sheepdog with such care and respect for animal welfare no think it is the first priority. Sadly we lost our dear taffy just over a week ago now. The care and compassion that was offered to us at that time was so comforting at one of the worst times of our lives. I was very frightened about the whole process i imagined my beloved dog would be terrified and anxious. This was not the case they treated her immediately they calmed not only her and that in turn allowed us to say a calm goodbye to our beloved dog. We wish to thank all staff for the care over the years.and given taffy dignity and respect at the end of her life. We will hold you in our heart for this

"Charlies visits"

I moved to Motherwell about 2 years ago. My little Buddy Charlie the cat came with me and never had him at vets before but after he ran out the back door and was away for 2 nights(indoor cat never been out). Charlie came back with sores and cuts and open wounds, To say i was upset is an understatement. A friend said that Mr Robbs was the best in the area so i decided to try it. thank good. the staff were fantastic with me and Charlie. (hes a mans cat and doesnt take to females at all) but at the vet's he was relaxed even though in pain and took to the all the staff, they talked to him and let him take his time coming around to them . They were not pushy like some vets. I would highly recommend Mr Robbs vets to everyone, the vets, nurses and desk staff are fantastic and deal with any concerns or issues that I had. I will not be going anywhere else. Charlie is better and it thanks to the staff that hes still with me. thank you

"Practice Standards"

" Very Professional". I have been with this practice many years now and have found all the vets to be professional and kind in every way through the good and not so good times with the three dogs I have had treated over the years. The nursing staff are equally professional and kind would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a vet in the area.

The vets at this practise went above and beyond to help me and my furry one. They were kind and supportive at all times which made the whole process that little bit less traumatic. I strongly recommend them as you will get the highest standard of treatment from these guys.

"Wonderful practice"

I have always found the staff at Mr Robb's practice to be very accommodating. They understand and acknowledge the needs of the owners every bit as much as the pets' problems. The surgery is clean and the vets are extremely professional. They are not as expensive as some other practices in the area.
