"A Miracle happy ever after story"

our cat Abbey was found in a pond and having dried her off we took her straight to the vet where the news was not good, no temperature and hyperthermic we did not expect her to make it. A few hours later having been kept in the loop every step of the way, along with being comforted by a lovely reception team, Abbey started to show minor signs of improvement, to cut a long scarey story short, she is now home her drip removed and it is as if her misadventure never happened, if you don't notice the droop of her tail, which will hopefully mend. These guys are amazing and so truly understanding. Thank you.

"So So Grateful"

So so grateful: Would like to thank all the staff for their kindness, when my cat Kat was poorly. The staff were brilliant, caring, hard working. Can't thank them enough,, I would definitely recommend this veterinary practice. They are always at hand when needed. Thank you so much.

"So Very Grateful"

As soon as you walk through the door you are welcomed with a friendly greeting, and you immediately feel at ease. Everyone I have come into contact with has been most friendly, very helpful and totally professional. There is a good sense of team spirit among all who work here. I usually see Sarla or Ruth, and they are both such competent Vets and lovely, caring, special ladies. I trust them implicitly with my pets, and I also greatly value the kind and gentle way in which they care for both my pets and myself. This is an amazing Vet Practice and I am so glad that I found them.

"Ruth and Jenny"

We see either Ruth or Jenny, both lovely understanding and caring vets who look after our cats beautifully and dont make us feel like overprotective cat parents. Highly recommend these two ladies if you are looking for a vet. Reception staff lovely on the whole. We pass many veterinary surgeries on our way to the Oaks but wouldnt dream of changing while Ruth and Jenny are there to treat our fur babies.

"Bunny Visit"

We had a new born litter of bunnies that were hand reared from 3 days old. We had advice from a special friend that helped most of these babies pull through. But unfortunately 'Minstrel' didnt make it. Oaks Vet Surgery helped us so much with her treatment and stayed behind an extra hour and then stayed late to treat her during an emergency appointment. The general love and care they give to the animals are amazing. The girl vet fell in love with our baby and every visit since then we always ask for the same girl to take care of our 12 bunnies that we have. Other vets in the area treat cats and dogs and are not very savvy when it comes to bunnies / small furries.

"Puppy visit"

Took my new puppy (Dora) to this vet clinic for her 2nd inoculation and the staff were excellent from the moment we got through the door. Made a big fuss of Dora, gave us loads of advice on care, feeding, classes and exercise and Dora didn't even know she had had an injection coz she was still receiving loads of fuss and attention. Brilliant place to take your pet when the need arises. Thoroughly Recommend.

"recommend vet"

Brilliant with the animals, I have been to the Lordswood Oaks Veterinary Clinic for many years with all my pets and so have most of my family. The reception staff are so polite, chat to you while you are waiting to be seen and interact with my animals. The vets that work at the clinic appear to have great knowledge and experience, and are very friendly. I will always use this veterinary surgery and definitely recommend.
