My wife and I took our much loved cat Kit Kat to the Vets 20.11.19, unfortunately the prognosis was not good, and the heartbreaking decision to let him go was made, we cannot thank the vet enough unfortunately we did not get her name, but she made every effort to help our beloved pet to pass peacefully, thank you

We took our beloved Shar Pei here for a ' Life Saving operation, The care and proffessionlism was outstanding. They care more about the animals they treat than the money they take, The bill was quite big, But I'm sure it was cheaper here than other vets would have been, Allowed me to pay over a few days with no quibble whatsoever. Even keeping our dog there for a few days whilst we were away.

An honest,value for money surgery who cares more for its patients than fancy surgeries/pet ambulances & been seen doing charity events.Ive been going 20 years now.this vet is amazing,An example, was a tragedy of my springer spaniel running onto a 20 inch stick,it punctured through his mouth all the way to under his front leg and side.Unsure on how long he had to get help we called into near by vet barton lodge,h.h,without asking my very distressed bloody dogs name,a estimate was their priority on this sunday morning at a practise open already,A quick examination we was quoted £1500 for surgery and after treatment on our still unnamed pet.we was told he d amazingly seemed to have missed any organs and had time to go to hardings and ng,we rang in advance and the closed surgery was being openned for our arrival,we was greeted by one of the caring vets on duty and bensons name asked so he could be reassured and calmed from the start.He received an emergency operation to remove the stick by mr harding himself,then 48 hour constant care and medication after his operation ,we were updated throughout and able to collect him and continue his after care at home with daily trips back to check up on his progress.we asked for the bill ahead of any mention of money and total bill was £180 for everything.This experience is one of many examples in comparing the ethics of this practise to most others.Pets if loved right are more family and its unfair at an emotional time to be fed false hope and over the top bills to keep your family pet alive,no exploitation at hardings

Jess not only knew exactly how to treat my Bertie but took time t talk me down from the ceiling! All better within a couple of days. What a lovely caring attitude she has. Extremely impressed with her knowledge and compassion for owner and dog. Well done Jess. All the staff here are lovely and cannot be faulted. Thank you all.

Michael delivered my puppies a good few months ago! 4 Gorgeous Girls!! I would recommend Michael NG to all as he is a good vet and I have used Michael on many occasions and will ask Michael to spay my Lottie.

"Hamster care"

I took my hamster yesterday evening to this veterinary practice as my hamster was showing signs of a cold.

Fernando was extremely helpful and reassuring. It was also not as expensive as I had thought which was a relief.

I would certainly recommend this practice to anyone!

"Rabbit Care"

After our rescue rabbit was miss diagnosed several times by Ark House vets we took her to Harding & Michael for a second opinion. with in moments of feeling her abdomen they felt a large lump and took her in to operate. Unfortunately it was a tumor in an impossible place to remove it. She was diagnosed in January 2013 and no over a year later we manage her condition on medication.
Harding & Michael are very good at what they do and take the time needed with each customer. would recommend them to anyone.

I have used this practice for many years for my multiple cats and have always found them to be very professional and friendly when I had to have my cat put to sleep they did this with the utmost respect to both me and my pet and I cant thank them enough for all the care they gave due this stressful time.
