"Norcross vets"

Highly recommend this practice .
All the staff are friendly and knowledgable, the reception staff nurses and vets all obviously love animals and they appear to love their jobs .

It is a beautiful surgery , modern and clean .
I called them in the evening and there was still someone there to take my call

First class vets !

Andrew and his team are excellent and have treated my cat in the past, and more recently my dog dexter. He was in for an op and it's all gone according to plan, and all well. The only thing, which I can understand cause they do get busy, but after a bad op you should speak to the vet that did it when you pick them up. I would of even waited till Andrew was free to go and get him. Cause I saw the nurse and nothing against her but she could of told me a little more. I had to ring up and ask if I should Bath the wound. Well I think she should of told me that. But also I should of asked it. So I'm not complaining about them 5 star all the way, just a few things need tweekin. Thank you all at norcross you are all amazing. Oh and my dog ???? says woof woof. Which is dog language for thank you for takin care of me. Xx

"5 star service"

Took my elderly dog as an emergency and was seen straight away . Andrew is such a lovely lovely man who loves the animals and appears really interested in you and them . The reception staff are friendly and efficient . Could ask for a better service

"God Bless Angels Like You"

Dr Andrew Milne of Norcross Vets looks after all our cats from Rainbow Bridge Sanctuary but the genuine kindness and deep compassion that Dr Andrew and his hand picked Colleagues as well as Nurses and Wonderful Assistants and Caring Receptionists insure that at All times. You are kept informed and involved at every stage in your loving pets care. I know their New Animal Hospital First in the North West will be a huge success as Professionalism like this is truly priceless. Thank You for a Truly Wonderful Service Fr Cornelius

"tinker springer spanial"

tinker has 5star treatment sadly he dislodge one of the pins in his broken leg so he had to stay in hospital more like a 5star hotel cant thank the staff enough

"care and compassion"

Andrew and his team looked after our Silko who sadly we had to say goodbye to after nearly 20 years!
The care and compassion this team show is beyond the call of duty. Silko died before Christmas and they ensured that we had his ashes by Christmas Eve!
Lovely carved box with his name and a certificate.
For those who are cat lovers you will understand the importance of this attention to detail. Good luck with the new hospital!

my cat had injured his tongue he had actually sliced the edge off so was in great pain and unable to eat or drink, the care he received here was fantastic and he was back to his normal self within a week
