"confidence"

We drive 25 miles to Meadowbank- been there many years and totally rely on them for their fabulous support and treatments. The staff know us personally and know the dogs personally. They are kind and caring. Special thanks to James and Amy.

"general"

Super fantastic kind and caring!!! I have always left the appointment feeling reassured and happy with the outcome! Our border collie, Gracie is deaf and has been from birth....this in itself has at times been quite challenging...not to mention other difficulties that have also arisen. Both Meadowbank and village vets have been totally supportive and have done their up most to deal with my concerns professionally...but more importantly sympathetically.

"The passing of my dog"

Would just like to say hiw kind and caring all the staff are and a special thank you to Alistair for the lovely way you dealt with Maggie my dog when putting her to sleep. It was done with no stress , gently and no pain. The nurse and Alistair both knelt on the floor so Maggie could be on her favourite bed. The staff all looked after me after so well too. Thanks again I appreciate it. Lesley Davies x

"GENERAL"

WE WERE CONCERNED WHEN WE MOVED TO THE AREA THAT FINDING A VET TO COMPARE WITH OUR PREVIOUS EXCELLENT SERVICE PROVIDER WOULD BE DIFFICULT AS THEY WERE OF A VERY HIGH STANDARD AND HAD CARED FOR ALL OF OUR DOGS FOR THE LAST 20 YEARS.THESE FEARS DISAPPEARED WHEN WE VISITED MEADOWBANK AND MET ALL THE STAFF WHO ARE ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL,FRIENDLY ,KNOWLEDGABLE AND HELPFUL.THEY PROVIDE A SERVICE EVERY BIT AS GOOD AS OUR FORMER VET AND CANNOT BE BETTER RECOMMENDED FOR THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.
