I took my Jake, my 12 year old Springer into Lockwood Animal Hospital just over a week ago. This is how you should be treated at a veterinary practice !! The reception was very warm an inviting and the staff made you feel like Jake was one of their own pets. The vet Gemma, was brilliant, helpful, explained everything in terms I could understand and took Jake under her wing for his care. The staff were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. I was extremely surprised when I paid the bill that It was charged very reasonably, unlike my previous vets who charge extortionate prices. Overall an excellent service and would highly recommend....
