"filey Vets"

Great friendly practice. First class health care for your pets

"Respect and courtesy"

My hampster, Mr Truffles died & I wanted to arrange a cremation for him. I phoned Hairsine, and was met with so much respect & courtesy that I felt very comforted.

I suppose I had expected them to be perhaps less sympathetic because Mr T. was only a hampster; not a dog or a cat. Hampsters only live for approximately 2 years, after all. Mr T. lived for just over 2½ years, and though it was so short, I was very distraught when he died.

The staff were so very genuine made me feel that they really cared about my loss.
