"Really great veterinary surgery"

We have had really great experiences at this vets. If you come here ask to see Swasti - she is honestly a really fantastic vet and really good with our cats and has a great manner with us. Her bedside manner is really fantastic.
Only thing that can let this veterinary practice down is reception staff talking badly about the vets or letting their frustrations be known which isnt necessary and leaves a bitter after tase.
However when it comes to care for the animals this vets is really really fantastic. I would definitely recommend!

At 15 years old my Staffy became very ill and could no longer eat, drink or walk- it was heart breaking to see her like this and the decision to put her to sleep was so very hard to make although we knew it was the right thing to do for her. The vets came to our house to allow us to be with her in her own home- they were amazing, respectful and allowed us time to be ready and not rushed. They were very understanding and showed compassion, we even received a grievance card from the vets which was very touching.
