"Good conduct"

I would be very happy to recommend this practice.
I brought in an injured hedgepig this morning, and was met with a calm, welcoming vet nurse, who spoke with the vet, and arranged for me to sit quietly with the hog until the vet was able to see him, rather than take him and put him in a cage to wait. I then saw a very competent and calm vet, who completely explained the different courses of action we could take, and showed empathy to me and the hoggie, allowing me to hold him while we spoke.
This showed a deep level of understanding to me, of the relationship between animal and carer.
A phonecall later, to fully explain the outcome, which was good, and which obviously made my day.
Thankyou so very much, and future rescues that require a vet, and I'll be coming to you.

"Extremely disappointing expt"

Our pet went in six weeks ago with a broken leg. And six weeks on. Doing very well. The vet's have done a remarkable job outstanding care ketp myself and my partner on what was happening.

"Cat"

The receptionists at elm vets can't thank her enough, went in to get CD cat food, they had to orders it for us, but she took the time and effort to give us some off a open bag to see us through, if only more people were like that.

Thank you very much
