"Exotic pet"

Very pleased with the treatment my African Pygmy Hedgehog received although he was uncooperative being examined. I had to wait outside due to covid restrictions but I felt that I could trust the vet who took him in and examined him. She was honest in her diagnosis and definitely has the animals best interest at heart. This is not a straightforward case but I felt that the vet who is dealing with it is extremely competent, very knowledgeable and not out to extract money from customers for treatment that won't work or diagnostic procedures that will not help. Also was very patient and friendly when I got upset where most people get annoyed when I start blubbering over one of my animals.

"Care of Sick Cat"

We would like to thank all the staff for looking after our cat Sooty, He was referred to RVS Potters Bar and unfortunately he was so unwell that we had to say goodbye, but the care he had received at Earls Hall was exellent

My Labrador had to have a op to remove a cyt ,the care he received was excellent .
