Like a previous reviewer I have known Alan and his team for some 20+ years. From initially presenting them with an injured hedgehog, through rabbit, guinea pig and more recently cat veterinary care. Both Alan and Donna have always dealt with medical problems in a professional but also friendly manor, explaining in a way the 'layman' can understand. Their vetenary nurses are second to none, kind, caring and managed to handled our less than friendly feline in a firm but loving manor when I was unable to calm her!

I have been a customer of this vets for 27years . Recentky my Labrador has had Lymphoma Cancer and both Alan and Donna have been fantastic in their care of Ben and support towards my family and i. Today Ben was put to sleep by Donna and it was done with dignity and respect and human kindness.
Im recommending crossways after years of being with them and the service they provide that is down to earth and so very caring. Thank you Alan and Donna xx
