"peaches my rabbit"

Andy, Thank you so much for treating my rabbit today with so much care, love and attention. Peaches has been the love of my life for the last six years, since my retirement. She is my absolute delight and to see somebody care for her, as you did today, made my heart sing.
When I came to pay my bill, I was speechless. This is truly a veterinary organisation who not only care for our beloved animals, but don't charge the earth for the pleasure.
I really cannot recommend a veterinary group more dedicated than Crossways. You ALL deserve the highest accolades due to you.

"Empathy"

There was no right time to hear that we had to say Goodbye to our darling six year old Westie, so suddenly and away from home, but Vet Andy was sensitive and empathetic and nursed both us and Milly through the transition as she left us. Tears are never far away but we hold Andy close is our thoughts for his excellent care and help. An excellent and professional caring Vet.

"Darcy our Cavalier King Charles Charles Spaniel"

I would just like to pay tribute to all the staff at Crossways in Storrington for their treatment of our little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Darcy, who sadly died aged 11 last Monday 30th April 2018 at home. We have been at this practice for 3 years and they have been brilliant in their treatment of Darcy and myself throughout that time. I would particularly like to thank Andy for his brilliant treatment of Darcy’s heart condition and giving him an extra 10 months of active good quality life when all seemed lost last June 2017. Our sincere thanks to all in the practice for their kindness and understanding throughout.

We have been with Crossways for many years & cannot speak more highly for the care they have given,especially lately. They treat all pets with dignity & respect & this respect is also passed on to the owners who at times are distressed
