"Not very good at handling cats"

I and my family have taken our animals to arvonia for many years., unfortunately since Guy lef, t the service isn't the same. The natural rapor with animals and handling them with kindness and authority has disappeared.!

Wow just arrived back from the Vets with Vinnie Jones (our cat) he looks amazing. We did go and see Guy with the intention of putting Vinnie Jones to sleep as he has been suffering with skin cancer on both ears for over a year (Vinnie Jones not Guy) but Guy insisted he could sort his ears and OMG what a fab job. .

"Amazing"

I have served in the Army for 12 years now so obviously I travel around constantly, I have 4 dogs which are 1 staffy who is a rescue 2 GSDs and 1 Siberian Husky. In my entire time of traveling around and seeing untold amount of different vets for my babies have me or my 4 felt so happy going to the vets ???? From how friendly the receptionist are to the vets and the amount of detail they were willing to go into so I fully understood what problems my dogs had was unbelievable on other vet has ever even spent half the time with us as what you did!!
I'm moving on again now and the only thing I'm gutted about is my dogs can't carry on seeing you!! Thanks for everything and if I'm ever back in this area again my dogs will be coming back to you guys! Everyone take care and again thank you.
