The best independent vet clinic by far. Care is second to none and nothing is ever too much. I travel over an hour each way but sometimes you have to if u want the best !

Ian Carmichael has got to be the best vet I’ve ever used ,,
He’s not only professional but so empathetic and considerate as well as thoughtful at all times,,
From the moment you attend the clinic,, you are greeted by the two fantastic staff Wendy and her sister Sarah are so helpful knowledgeable and friendly,,
They make everything seem like you were worrying about nothing- putting you at ease
I would never think of going elsewhere,,
If you are looking for a vets this has to be your first point of call ????
And this vet is definitely an animal lover as are the staff too,,
You can relax knowing that they are in safe hands here ????

OMG! A vet that loves animals snd does not try to sell you bells and whistles. He's a not BS guy that is actually a lovely man. I brought my puppy in today because the little guy ate two chocolate cupcakes. He saw me straight away and told me to monitor Felix. He didn't even charge me for the visit. My last vet charged me over £120 for a bee sting. I love this guy. ANNNND he even gave me his cell in case Felix took a turn for the worst. Now Americans love to complain about bad service in the UK (true for the most part, BTW), but this guy was a star! So this review actually means something. Andrew, you are AMAZING!!

What an extraordinary vet! My neighbours recommended me to Mr. Carmichael, after having had a terrible experience with the Brook Green Vets. He was extremely friendly, experienced, gentle and put my cat's wellbeing before his own economic gain. I cannot recommend him enough!!!
