I received fantastic service for my Poor Bischon that was stung by a wasp in the summer holidays.
Even though I'm only a holiday resident I was seen straight away and they also gave me a follow up call the day after.

All the staff are very kind and friendly towards both the animals and their humans, while still being extremely professional in their treatment of animals. First class veterinary service.

staff were very helpful as I had inherited a cat from a friend but had no documentation. We eventually traced her via the microchip.My two previous cats were well cared for here and I see no reason to revise my opinion now. Excellent. Thank you.

New management and staff are amazing, caring, friendly, compassionate. I was offered tea and bicuits whilst I waited for my dogs blood results, had a good laugh with all the staff on duty and me and my dog were made to feel really special. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is explained clearly. Wow, how lucky is Mersea to have this wonderful practice.
