"Several recent visits"

I have had to make several visits, often 2-3 times a week, over the past few months. The staff have always gone out of their way to fit in with my work schedule, even allowing me to drop my dog off before work , keeping her in for the day and feeding her, until I could collect her in the evening. All at no extra charge. They have also researched and emailed me links on appliances that would benefit her.
