All our staff are friendly and helpful and excellent at putting clients at their ease, at what can be a stressful time for many pet owners. We also try our best to put the animals at their ease and have a number of strategies for doing this including use of pheromones, treats, encouraging new pets which are not used to us just to come in frequently and get weighted, receive treats etc.
