"Hydrotheraphy"

A big thank you for the quality of hydrotherapy treatment provided to our Yorkshire terrier. His back legs kept giving away and there was a significant risk that his back end would collapse altogether. As a result of the treatment the legs are no longer giving away and overall there has been a big improvement in his mobility. His progress was monitored and recorded at all stages by staff that were professional, knowledgeable and well qualified in their area of expertise.

I wanted to say a huge thank you to the amazing team at Whorrall bank , Morpeth. I will be forever in your debt for saving my German Shepherd 's life "Keyser'". He became seriously ill at my caravan in Amble and I rushed him to yourselves by taxi. I Cannot put into words how grateful I am for the dedication of all your staff team especially the two young staff members on duty that night! And thank you for your patience in my panicked phone calls during his after care xxx

Out very sick bearded dragon(Hagrid)was seen by John Prescot who decided she shoul have a hospital stay for a full diagnosis. She stayed for four days then came home for home care. After an anxious 3/4 weeks she has made a full recovery.A very big thank you to
Mr Prescot and staff for so much T. L..C
We all thought she was beyond hope but thankfully this was not the case. Thanks again to Robson and Prescot
