The treatment my cat received was second to none. Thank you to all the staff at the pdsa. I am extremely grateful.

"Jerry, Tom and Cleo Henderson"

A few years ago, due to a change in my career, I became unable to look after my animals and had to make the sad decision to give them to my Mum. I miss them terribly, but at least do still get to see them regularly. They are all now elderly and Jerry needs regular check ups for his arthritis and constant medication. I cannot praise the PDSA highly enough. I always go with my Mum for his check ups because she has a bad arm and is unable to lift him up on to the table herself and also because Tom always has to go with him. They are 13 year old brothers and inseparable. All the staff are always very professional but also very friendly. Unfortunately, my mum is now ill and soon has to undergo a serious operation which means I have had to look after the dogs and cat for her until she recovers. She contacted the PDSA to appraise them of the situation as she was worried that they wouldn't treat the animals if she could not be there. It was a massive relief when she was told that all she needed to do was to write a letter explaining the situation and authorising me to take the animals in on her behalf. As you can imagine, this is a tremendously worrying time for the whole family and any alleviation of that worry is hugely welcome. Thank you all so much for looking after the animals and us as well as you do
