"Excellence of the staff"

I am so very impressed by all who work at the PDSA, from the receptionists to the vets. I often have little money but the receptionist accepts my small offering with a bright smile. Earlier this year my 12 year staffie ate a large amount of dark chocolate and was very sick. She was on a drip and the vetirinary nurse was giving her charcoal to absorb the toxins. Despite this I was convinced she would die but due to their amazing care she pulled through. I was only able to give a small donation for all the hard work they did and wonder if they realise how incredibly grateful I will always be to them for saving my "little girl"

I have always found the staff and service at the PDSA at Hendon to be excellent. They are very helpful
