"Great Assistance"

Just returned with pet having been spayed.
Staff on reception most helpful in putting me in touch with AK Pet Service to ferry myself to collect and return us home as I do not Drive.
price was the same as it would cost for a taxi, but level of care and friendliness is exceptional.
As always, Lovely to see the friendly staff here and want to say thank you again for taking care of her.

"Dedication to all"

I wish to thank everyone for their overwhelming love and attention to my dear elderly dog over the last two weeks.
Having been diagnosed with a life threatening condition, They tried to offer her comfort and us hope.
We had to say goodbye yesterday when we knew she could not go on.
The love and attention for our precious girl and such kindness to us in that difficult time will be spoken of for a very long time.
we were offered a quiet corner in our distress, quickly sent in and allowed to be with her for our last words and cuddles to her.
The vet asked us if we wished to have a clipping of her fur which was such a beautiful thing for us to keep and remember her by.
The vet even allowed us to leave quietly by the side door in our time of distress.
Thank you for your dedication, compassion and kindness.

"My dogs Emergency"

I would like to say thank you to the Team who helped my dogs Athena and Nubian Queen during a very difficult time. I received your condolence card, which really touched me. I will never forget the kindness shown to us during a difficult time. I encourage those of us who can do so, even though we pay our bills in full to consider making donations to the PDSA.
