"My dog freddie"

These brilliant people are simply the best. Full Stop. Both my dogs have had treatment there this year. My dog Freddie has just had a tumour on his adrenal gland removed- a difficult dangerous and life saving operation during which 20% of dogs nationally die.. Before the operation I spoke to Dr. Meakin, the head of soft tissue surgery who explained with clarity exactly what Freddie's operation entailed. Shortly after his op we received a phone call to update us on his progress, and of course whether he had survived, and frequent calls thereafter during his stay in ICU and the High dependency Unit. Though the procedures are naturally very expensive, I would have no hesitation in paying many times this amount for the expertise and care which Freddie, who is the child my partner could never have, received, not to mention the receptionists who are all very friendly, helpful and sympathetic. It is impossible to speak highly enough of the staff here.

I have been a customer of Langford Small Animal Practice and Hospital for many years. I have always been impressed with the care and respect give by all members of the practice from receptionists, nurses, students, Vets and Specialists. Nothing is too much trouble, a very loving and caring practice our pets are assured of the best treatment on offer. They deserve their 10 star ratting.
