Approved Practices have certified that they comply with the "BEVA Code of Practice for the Use of Artificial Insemination in Horse Breeding" and that facilities exist for the correct handling and insemination of equine semen.

The British Equine Veterinary Association has, as a service to the equine industry, compiled the list. Inclusion on the list has been by self certification.
