It’s not just a case of this is what’s wrong and this is the treatment, Paul will explain in detail ensuring you are 100% clear regarding the diagnosis and what’s best. My dog has had a persistant ear problem, I have spent a lot of time and money at various vets, but still had no joy. On the recommendations of many people on Facebook I decided to take her there. Very friendly staff, a vet who has a lovely manner with animals, and who explains and shows you on a large screen exactly what the problem is and also showed me inside my dog's ears, so I could see exactly what he was seeing, he found a cyst that none of the other vets noticed, and also discovered she had ear mites - which have been treated, (one vet did mention the possibilty of a cyst, but said she would have to anaesthetise her to be able to check in her ear properly, ewhich of course would cost). My dog also needs a full dental, and he is the only vet I have ever seen who was able to give me a "worse case scenario" cost, which helps when you are budgeting. He also gave me a complete breakdown of the cost of each stage of treatment, all done without rushing and with a full explanation. I would recommend this vets to anyone.
