The staff here are very very friendly and were very kind to me and my pet which put me at ease and made me feel confident of having my pet in their care.
I would definitely use their services again should I need to, as I found they were very attentive to my pet as well as professional and they did a quick overall check of my pet before coming to a diagnosis and talking about treatment and aftercare.
The price for the overall examination and treatment is phenomenal, better than anywhere else I've been in the past.

The best vets I've met.. even the receptionists are brilliant. Not a bad word to say. They work quickly and efficiently. Respect all their customers and animals. Gatehouse took on my dog as a tiny abused puppy and with their help over the 9 years I had her she turned into a fantastic dog and friend to me. Also they have taught me so much of how to care for cats properly, especially as one has a skin condition that I need to monitor for life. So grateful for their support and guidance.. now have 2 happy healthy 3yr old cats along with a calm owner thanks to all the staffected.

We have used this vets for over twenty years now, we have had 8 boxer dogs in that time (6 of them rescued) and they have always provided us with a first class service and were very prompt if we had to call them out.They have the utmost respect for all the animals they treat and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a vets in this area. Not only are they very professional but they now have a brand new purpose built surgery too.

I cannot rate this veterinary surgery highly enough. I've been there for about 13 years now, with chickens, dogs, cats, hedgehogs, quail, cavies and rabbits. A nicer set of vets with a more practical attitude you'll not find. Treatment is tailored to your animal and you. I simply adore them, would not dare to have so many animals if I didn't know I could trust these so implicitly. Unbeatable.
