"My dog Mileys experience."

Booked appointment online the day before visit.
Visited today as Miley has recently become lame on her back leg.
Waited outside ( Covid restrictions)for a short time then called in to see the vet .
Miley was greeted by Dr Giovanni the Vet who was great with her.
At no point did I feel rushed to end the consultation
Dr Giovanni showed empathy and general concern for her welfare.
He took the time to explain his diagnosis and gave me realistic options throughout the consultation.
I felt confident in what he was saying and Miley appreciated her treat!
Vet nurses at reception were just as lovely. They also petted Miley and made her feel comfortable.
Really good Covid precautions in place.
Friendly and welcoming staff.
Very impressed with this visit today.

We have used the Seaside vet for many year and there has been highs and lows but recently we took our cat for examination and the professionalism demonstrate by the vet (Adam) was outstanding, being completely interactive with both client and immedeatly reassuring and calming the animal ! First rate

"Care for cat"

My little cat was suffering from weight loss. He was seen promptly, investigated and diagnosed. Given tablets for his condition, he is now putting on weight and seems more settled and happy. I am very pleased with the prompt and efficient service. All the staff are friendly, helpful and very caring.
