"My labradors"

Chief vet Laura, and her supporting staff, have provided me the best possible care for my labradors, from having to euthanise my old girl during this year, to dealing with Hindi and her pups born in January, and help and advice throughout the time I had them before going to their new homes. Having had labradors for sum 30 years and various vets during that time, Laura and her team are now providing the best possible veterinary care I have ever had. Not only is there the obvious professinalism and knowledge, but also kind and considerate approach to their clients. I cannot recommend highley enough!

"Excellent friendly vets"

Been with this practice for a year and half now. Chose them because they are closest to us. Took up the puppy package which saved us loads when we first had our two. Rob has a genuine love for animals which is apparent with how he handles our girls, he is gentle with them, gives them plenty of fuss and treats for being good and as a result they just love going to the vets!!

In the past I have also emailed them with a concern I had with one of the girls which I couldn't be sure if it was behaviour based as opposed to health and the advice and support was simply fantastic!!

Also have given us great advice for travel sickness and diet which have made a big difference all round. Sent us a booster vaccination reminder which was helpful too as I had forgotten to note it on the calendar!!

We work and it isn't any trouble for them to accommodate appointments to suit which again is a greatly appreciated. We just cannot recommend Baytree enough!!
