Referral Services

On veterinary referral, we provide assessment and modification of all behavioural problems in dogs, cats and rabbits, on a veterinary clinical and scientific basis, but including "hands-on" one-to-one training if required.

Referrals will either be to Duncan Davidson, BVMS, MRCVS, or Jennifer Dobson, BSc (Hons), CCAB (Certificated as a Clinical Animal Behaviourist by the Association for the Study of Animal Behaviour), who between them have over 50 years experience in this field.

Consultations most often take place at the owner's home, and can often be arranged within a day or two if urgent. A full clinical appraisal will be provided to both owner and referring veterinary surgeon shortly after the initial consultation.

Most pet insurance companies will cover this work without question, since referral is to the Veterinary Clinic, and is conducted by ourselves.
